課程概述

(中) 企業永續強調的是組織在本業營利之外,回應利害相關人在經濟、環境、社會等多重面向的需求而發展的策略與實務,通常會運用許多學門的綜合性知識與技巧,如商管、經濟、財務、心理、政治、公關、組織變革以及環境管理等,是涵蓋廣泛又具有獨特性的實務課程。因此本課程是跨領域的整合性課程,每一單元結合環工所三位教師與一位業界教師一同授課。來自不同產業與組織之共十位的實務教師,將為課程注入多元的思維角度與實務內涵。

(英) Corporate Sustainability involves development of strategies and practices to respond to the stakeholders’ need in terms of economic, environmental and social considerations. It calls for integration of knowledge and skills across disciplines, such as business management, financial planning, organizational reform, and environmental management. Therefore the course is in nature practical with breath and uniqueness. Three professors from the Graduate Institute of Environmental Engineering, along with ten teachers from various industries and institutions, will provide a wide range of perspectives and practices.

本課程將結合教師之講授、不同領域專長的產業界專家之參與討論,以及案例示範與實作等實務具體的內容與形式,引領學生學習企業永續的相關理念和方法。課程強調如何整合經濟、環境與社會面向考量,發展企業永續的管理策略;培養分析整合並具體解決問題的能力。
